  Had a mix up with our delivery order because our skip driver grabbed the wrong bag. The manager and staff working closing on Tuesday night at this white spot gave us excellent service and made sure the problem was rectified. The food was piping hot and delicious! I just wish they would add triple O sauce as a side dip option to purchase just like honey mustard and the other dips! But other than that delicious food and wonderful service!

  One of my favorite treat at the White Spot is their milk shakes. Yes they make milk shakes with real ice cream. Food here are ok.
  
  Nothing like wow. They have plenty of free parking. Service is ok.
  I came here with B and we got an afternoon snack to share. We got the chicken fingers. It's B favorite item to order at White Spot.

  Take out service is consistently making mistakes.
  When we first started they kept ignoring the additional note requesting for bacon to be left off my sandwich. More recently they have been forgetting to give us all of our bags. We were already out of the parking lot when we got a call asking us to come back and pick up the bag they forgot. The next time I came after that incident I was more wary and so I rifled through the back to ensure everything was there....and it wasn't. These kind of consistent mistakes aren't acceptable for a restaurant like this! I don't appreciate that I have to rifle through my bag like I'm at a fast paced McDonald's drive through. The only reason I keep coming back is because my favorite burger spot doesn't do take out service. My visits have definitely gone down in frequency due to the service.

  We order takeout from them on a fairly regular basis and 90% of the time our order is incorrect or missing something. I'd understand if we were placing our orders on the phone, mistakes happen, human error- but when it's an online order and everything is in PRINT for them to put in the bag, I don't know how they declare the orders "spot checked" before handing them over. We're tired of calling to tell them they messed up again so we just stopped going.

  Ordered bacon egg hash browns and toast, received a place of food swimming in grease. When I brought it to waitresses attention I was given extra napkins to dry up the grease and a clean plate WTF
  Not sure what I did to offend the waitress but service declined from there, wasn't even offered a coffee... never again
